Michael Rosen is one of the most popular authors of stories and poems for children. His bestselling titles published by Walker Books include Little Rabbit Foo Foo, A Great Big Cuddle, The Bus Is for Us, and Michael Rosen's Sad Book. Michael received the Eleanor Farjeon Award in 1997, and was the Children's Laureate from 2007 to 2009. He is a distinguished critic and academic, in addition to his work as a journalist and broadcaster.
Michael lives in London with his family. Helen Oxenbury's work has made her one of the most loved and critically acclaimed illustrators of her time. She has won numerous awards, including the Smarties Book Prize for Fanner Duck by Martin Waddell and the Kate Greenaway Medal for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. She has created a classic series of board books for babies and her most recent picture books for Walker have seen her collaborate with Timothy Knapman in Time Now to Dream and with John Burningham for There's Going to Be a Baby.
