Stuart Turton's debut novel, The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, won the Costa First Novel Award and the Books Are My Bag Readers Award for Best Novel. A Sunday Times bestseller, it has sold over two hundred thousand copies across the UK alone, been translated into over thirty languages, and is currently being adapted into a major TV series. The Devil and the Dark Water, his follow-up, won the Books Are My Bag Readers Award for Fiction, and was picked for the Sara Cox Radio 2 Book Club and the inaugural BBC Two Between the Covers Book Club.
Stuart lives near London with his wife and daughter.
