Raymond E. Feist was born and raised in Southern California. He was educated at the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated with honours in Communication Arts. He is the author of the bestselling and critically acclaimed Riftwar Saga (Magician, Silverthorn and A Darkness at Sethanon), Prince of the Blood, Faerie Tale, The King's Buccaneer and Shadow of a Dark Queen. Recently he has completed the Riftwar Legacy trilogy and collaborated with three different fantasy authors on the Legends of the Riftwar series.
His latest series, Conclave of Shadows, opened with Talon of the Silver Hawk. Feist lives in Rancho Santa Fe, California. Janny Wurts is the author of several successful fantasy novels including the Cycle of Fire trilogy (Stormwarden, The Keeper of the Keys and Shadowfane), and a short story collection, That Way Lies Camelot, as well as the standalone novels The Master of Whitestorm and To Ride Hell's Chasm.
Her epic new series, The Wars of Light and Shadow began with Curse of the Mistwraith and has now reached book seven: Traitor's Knot.
