Refugee (Broché)

Three children, from three different countries, at three different times in history, who have one thing in common : the need to escape from their country of birth. Josef, a Jewish boy, and his family are fleeing from the Nazis in the Iate 1930s. Isabel's family and their neighbors are running away from the riots and unrest of Cuba in 1994. Mahmoud and his family are escaping from Syria in 2015. Although their lives are separated by continents and decades, they all face the common horrors and dangers of crossing the sea towards the great unknown.
They also share an intense, natural hope for a better, safer, and more humane future.
