The Editors : Pamela Faber lectures in Applied Linguistics at the translation faculty of the University of Granada (Spain). She holds degrees from the University of North Carolina, the University of Granada, and the University of Paris IV. She taught English as a foreign language at the university for many years. Wolf Gewehr lectures in Applied Linguistics at the University of Münster (Germany). He holds degrees from the University of Colorado, the University of Washington and the University of Münster.
Besides being the founder and the first president of the European chapter of the American Association of Teachers of German (AATG), he is also one of the founders and vice-chairman of the Language Centre at the University of Münster. Manuel Jiménez Raya is a graduate in English philology from the University of Granada and obtained his doctorate from this university in 1993. Since 1992, he has lectured in English Language and Applied Linguistics at the University of Granada where he is now a senior lecturer.
Antony Peck used to be a senior lecturer and teacher trainer for French and German at the Language Teaching Centre of the University of York (UK). He has got quite a reputation for his book publications for language teachers, but also for his media work, especially a televisions series which was broadcast by the BBC.
