John Ray is an award-winning Web application developer with more than 15 years of experience. He currently serves as the director of engineering/IT services at Blue Cosmos Design, Inc. Outside of his full-time job, he provides customized TCP/IP programming solutions to clients nationwide, including The Ohio State University, where he works to develop core Web technologies for its departments.
