Anne Smith is a technical writer in the CallManager software group at Cisco Systems. She has eight years of documentation experience, including six years writing and developing technical documentation. Anne was a member of the team that developed the CallManager documentation from its early stages. Delon Whetten is the manager of the Core Call Processing team in the CallManager software group at Cisco Systems.
