Paul Gibbons wrote the first book on The Science of Organizational Change - and since then it has been his mission to bring science, particularly behavioral science, to the change world. He has degrees in neurochemistry, philosophy, and organizational behavior, end has done graduate level work in neuroscience, economics, and sociology. In 2001, he founded Europe's first "integral" consulting firm, specializing in "teal" organizations.
After selling that firm, and before joining IBM, he was a PaulGibbons.net professor of Business Ethics end Leadership. Tricia Kennedy is the founder and principal of Kennedy Consulting Services, LLC (KCS) and has 15+ years of experience in organizational change. A lifelong student of the social and behavioral sciences, she believes that organizations can outshine the competition by investing in a holistic view of organizational change, which includes acknowledging and embrassing individual differences, systemic and social factors, and evidence-based practices.
