The Editors : Franz Heidhues is Professor for Agricultural Development Economics at the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart. Formerly he served in the World Bank where he worked on the agricultural sector and project operations in North African and Middle Eastern Countries. François Kamajou is Professor for Agricultural Development Economics at the University of Dschang, Cameroon. He received his Ph.D.
