Biographie de Shelagh Delaney

Shelagh Dalaney's parents were English working class, the social group that informs her writing. Delaney had no interest in further education after she left secondary school and she worked as a salesgirl, usherette and clerk. A Taste of Honey was produced when Delaney was 18. It was originally written as a novel.
