Discovering Your "WHY" To Help You Improve Your Life Finding and embracing your "Why" is not a new-age concept. You can go back to the ancient Philosophers in Greece and Rome to discover the concept of "Why". When you are younger, your "Why" is easy to find, as you get older and move through life, it is possible to lose your "Why." When you know the reasons that having a "Why" is important, you can then look for the reasons your "Why" has gotten lost and what you can do to get it back.
