Enrik, crown prince of Alandra, is resigned to the fact that his people will always be at war with the Vincetii, a hostile race of winged and tailed demon-like people. When the new Vincetii queen offers herself in exchange for captured prisoners, Enrik feels, for the first time, that peace might be an option. But before any overtures of peace can be extended, pro-war factions on both sides uncover rumors that The Obelisk, a rumored ancient weapon of immense power, has been discovered in the Wastes to the north of both Nations.
Can Enrik forge an alliance with the Vincetii queen and get to The Obelisk before it's used to destroy both nations?
