Dominique has been a food and prop stylist for almost ten years, and prior to this worked for various bakeries, including Bee's Bakery & Violet Cakes. She authored Jar Food (Pavilion) in 2017, and has continued to write for various publications, consult on recipes and work with publishers to produce authors' visions both visually and in text.
Izy started her award-winning food blog Top With Cinnamon aged 15, and since then has written, styled and shot two of her own cookbooks (Top With Cinnamon and The Savvy) and gained a BSc in Food Science & Nutrition.
Now she works in London as a recipe developer, food photographer and stylist. She has worked with publications and brands including JamieOliver.com, IKEA, Cuisinart UK, Green & Black's, Remeo Gelato, theKitchn.com, Food52.com, Miss Vogue and SORTED. Izy has appeared on Channel 4's Daily Brunch and has made videos for Waitrose TV and Tesco Real Food.
