The Bible uses the numbers 23 or 2 or 3 to represent Jesus in First Corinthians 10, Matthew 18, Hosea 6. The battle against Midian in Numbers 31 relates to Revelation. The battle for Ai in Joshua gives a preview of the gospel. This short book is an introduction to my other book "Finding Jesus in the Math of the Bible" where I explore the math error of Numbers 3 in the Protestant Bible plus other topics.

Biographie de Forrest Snavely

The hidden bible math came to me after I had a confrontation with a bible teacher that was staunchly amillennial. He believed the book of Revelation was for the encouragement of the believers in the first century A. D. but not prophecy for the end of the age before Jesus returns. I believe part Divine Inspiration and effort on my part (some of my math errors pointed me to more hidden math). Having written the books a few years ago has given me perspective on what's important.
There are 2 views of the Godhead in the New Testament. One is Paul's who believes that Jesus is the firstborn (chosen) Son. The other is John's who believes that God cannot be tempted and Jesus is the Word who is God and is with God. Recently I read a book titled "Ivan Panin's Numerics in Scripture." Ivan worked out the numbers to make a correct translation of the Bible. My paraphrase of his translation of John 3:16 is Jesus was with the God and is God.
"the God is the proper translation and shows up through out the New Testament. Either Paul or John is right but both views of the Godhead lead to salvation. The Trinitarians have decided that no one can be saved unless they believe in the Trinity. The apostles didn't explain the divine and human natures of Jesus an exception is Paul in Romans 1:3-4 and John 1:1 wrote that Jesus was God from the beginning (the beginning of creation week).
Paul and John needed to show a united front. John wrote after the other apostles had passed on. First John 2 and 3 explains John's views. My paraphrase is "There is Father and Son. The Son had a human body. If you don't believe this then you are antichrist. The begotten of God (King James Bible) did not sin."Newer translations translate 'begotten' to apply to the rebirth of the believer (those born from above).
