Turning Tables

Pearl Waidler works from home, if you could call a repurposed hotel room home.  It's not much, but it's what she has, sharing with her very significant other, Nicky Lightfoot. They make do with what they earn or can scavenge, including an old coffee table that serves as handy flat spot, kitchen table, dining room table, or office desk. At least until it starts feeling her leg... What's a woman to do, when the furniture propositions her and won't take no for an answer?
