When Chris met Rick she hadn't know he was a professional hockey player. If she had, she would have run the other way. She had sworn she'd never date another hockey player after her last fiasco of a relationship with Craig Aspen. And she'd never confided in Rick about her past lover. She loved Rick passionately, but memories of her old, painful past constantly intruded. When Craig is traded to a team near her new home, where she had run to get away from him, everything changes.
With a confrontation on the ice, Chris no longer has a choice-she has to tell Rick the truth and possibly lose him forever. But Rick has other ideas and comes up with an intriguing suggestion for a little therapy that just might destroy her terrible nightmares forever...
