Most change looks at how organisations change and ignore the individual. This booklet looks to redress that balance by proposing a model of change that closes the past whilst acknowledging what worked. Creating a vibrant vision of the future and helping identifying first steps/actions. Using Personal Construct Theory as a guide which places individual meaning and sense making as the main focus it provides change agents with some useful tools and techniques for managing change.

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de John Fisher

For some one who grew up and lived within 2 miles of his birthplace (a little village on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales) for the first 17 years I've more than made up for it in later life. I was in the RAF for a couple of years and saw Germany (a place I love), Malta, Cyprus, Sardinia, the US and lots of western Europe. Most of my jobs have involved travel of one sort or another (both in the UK and abroad)! I'm now a leadership development specialist and deliver training mainly to companies in the UK as part of bespoke personal development courses.
I've organised/attended/delivered papers at conferences in the UK, Europe, and the US, as well as delivering development training in Singapore (one of my leadership development 8 day courses has been translated and delivered in Norway and Vietnam by the customer).
