Chronicles of a time and places where people were free, wild and unfettered by the need to conform, comply, and copycat. Being an original and tapping into some unlimited stores of energy and enthusiasm offered truly unbelievable opportunities and gusto. The likelihood of failure or absolute embarrasment was constant, but never a detterent, or concern, and we lived to trip the light fantastic. The pilolts check list was a handy guide; Don't get injured or killed, stay out of jail, and maximize cruising altitude.
Cracking up all the way, of course. These stories commenced in the 70's and the lunacy persisted through century's end. These off the wall adventures took place in Arizona, Colorado, and California, another across the American midwest, and Mexico, and are 100% factual and free from hyperbole and political correctness. And I hereby declare that discovering peyote and other forms of 'big medicine' has been indispensable in my self realization and personal fullfilment.
Experience is the only true teacher, wipeouts are the way, and always, fortune favors the bold.
