Thomas Harper has always been a well-liked and respected businessman. With the loving support of his wife and the normal difficulties raising two teen-age children, he has fashioned a complacent life of personal and professional achievements of which any other 42 year-old would be proud. Now he is tormented by emotions that are slowly and inexplicably beginning to take over his life! Driven by the fear of a serious physical impairment or the onset of a complete mental breakdown, he seeks professional help...but discovers no discernable explanation for his current situation.
Encouraged by a recommendation to obtain a family history, Thomas, who was adopted at the age of five, begins a strange odyssey leading him into a dark past and the mouth of madness. [Explicit material]
