Brandon Jones is an only child and that's his problem. Everyone else has a brother or sister and he wants one too. After he fails to convince his parents another child is just what they need, he takes matters into his own hands. This book was the debut novel for now multi published author Susan Palmquist and won the Loft's Children's Literature Award.
