Most of our ingredients came from even the earliestinhabitants of the island; the Arawaks, Spaniards and other trespasserswho had left us some of the tastiest we now called our own. All of these are products that I have used and now recommending to you!Pineapple coconut pie1/4 cup pineapple juice1 teaspoon lime juice3 cups flour (sifted)2 medium eggs beaten2 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 cup coconut milk2 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoon butterPreparation:1. Cream butter and sugar.2. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes
