On the path of deciding their ultimate fate, Ellis Evans, and Alexa Beckman venture down a long, confusing path of unpredictable obstacles to understand and merge each other's pasts. Ellis wishes to uncover his father's secrets that were hidden from him throughout his childhood. Although he is a cross-country athlete, he's not able to run away from the overwhelming truth, as much as he refuses to believe it.
