Regina Antonia Dinapoli lost her parents to assassination by a mafia rival. She's inherited a fortune that she can use to escape the family business, but when she sees Mario Lucchese, she realizes she needs to protect him, too.
She doesn't understand why the beautiful man isn't grateful for her intervention, but he'll understand. Eventually.
