Biographie de Yves-Chantal Gagnon

Yves-C. Gagnon holds a post-doctorate in Sociology of Organizations from Université de Lyon, France. He also holds a Ph.D. in Administration as well as a master's degree in Industrial Relations and an MBA in Organizational Information Systems. After a diversified professional career, he is presently full professor of the Bell Chair in Technology and Work Organization at École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP) in Montréal.
