When a mysterious fellow calling himself, the Cabalist manages to manipulate his way into becoming the head of the 14K Chinese Triad, the organisation becomes the biggest and most powerful of the Chinese Triads. With the threat of closure of the Australian Security Taskforce (AST) and this latest mission, an almost guaranteed recipe for failure, agent Lincoln Cain had the unenviable task of trying to shut down the Triad's drug operation in Australia.
Every time he shuts down one operator another would start up again. The Cabalist's brilliant strategies manage to thwart Lincoln at every turn. The future of the AST looked doomed. Has Lincoln met his match?
