I do not know where you are in your career, what you have accomplished, or how many obstacles you have overcome.  Yet, we encourage you to let the skills and techniques that you can learn from others help you grow even more. It could be that you have concerns about your current position, or you are frustrated because it is taking too long to move up the corporate ladder.
