The Adventures of the Ice Dragon

The little dragon Julio was born into a family of fire-breathing dragons. However, from an early age, he discovered that he could only breathe ice from his snout. While the other young dragons had fun spewing flames, Julio was excluded and ridiculed for his icy breath. One day, while practicing alone and trying in vain to produce his first fire breath, Julio stumbled and fell from a bridge, carried away by the river's current to a mysterious land covered in snow.
There, he met the inhabitants of the Frozen Kingdom, who were suffering from unusual hot temperatures. Julio then had an idea. He began to exhale his icy breath all over the kingdom, helping to cool and bring joy to the inhabitants. For the first time, he realized that his unique powers made him special in his own way. Julio had found a home where his abilities were celebrated.
