Antonio Zurera Aragón was born in 1957 in Cordoba (Spain). From the age of 22, he worked on animated series for Hanna-Barbera and TVE. Over the years, he made a name for himself, especially with his studios Milímetros Dibujos Animados and M5 Audiovisual. Antonio Zurera Aragón introduced some of the greatest names in comics to animation, such as Juan Díaz Canales, Juanjo Guarnido, and José Luis Munuera... Antonio Zurera Aragón has worked with major brands such as "Asterix, " "The Pink Panther, " and "Sonic." He is the creator and producer of the film "Dragon Hill" (Goya Award for Best Animated Film), and the director of "Magic Cube" and "The Adventures of Don Quixote", which won numerous awards. In 2013, he began a prolific career as a children's illustrator.
In 2023, he published the first volume of "Marécage" with Dupuis ("Swamplands" in English, Europe Comics), a series combining all his talents in illustration, storytelling, and imagination.
