A tale about living rocks and the people who love them.Rachel "Rock" Beane and Ned Peters coincidentally work in the same publishing company and become roommates in the Fordham Arms, a stately apartment building in the Bronx, New York. But there is no coincidence, none at all, as we discover when we join them in a grand adventure which includes a feisty group of the elderly, several hundred living rocks, a trip to modern day Egyptand a battle for the lives of an ancient pharaoh and his beloved queen.
