Staff of Shadows

Acknowledged and accepted by all as the son of Arthur, Mordred struggles with insecurity, wishing he wielded one of the great talisman gifts from the god Emrys. He wants the world to know he too is special, that he is his own man and more than a progeny, but he doesn't realise that once accepted the gifts cannot be returned, however hellish they are.
