In both fiction and non-fiction, she enjoys researching arcane details and takes joy in discovering new things.  Whether in the kitchen, the laboratory or at the keyboard, she lets her imagination soar.
The mother of two sons with autism, much of her writing features or deals with disability issues. This book shows her ability to approach a subject that may seem standard fare from an entirely new point of view.
