Salmon helps with any moodiness or mental disorder out there. I came up with fish recipes including salmon that are delicious. One of my salmon dishes is inspired by Applebee's. They discontinued a salmon entree and I attempted the recipe since I craved for the fish dish! There are other fish recipes detailed in this book as well that are easy to do. I came up with one to use in a sandwich using pink salmon that is in a can.
The pink salmon sandwich tastes awesome!! And yes, you can use fresh cooked salmon too for this recipe. I use other ingredients to spice up the flavor to make it not just like any fish sandwich!! The first three fish recipes are originally mine, and the other two are spin offs from known recipes.

Princess Kelly was born in South Korea and raised in the United States of America. You can find more of her work featured on Amazon Kindle and in online bookstores. Her interests involve tennis, reading, bicycling, walking, playing card and board games, working out, praise dance, volleyball, crocheting, and of course writing here and there. Princess Kelly writes Christian poetry among other types of poetry.
Her basis for writing is to touch others in deep ways. She strives to enlighten and encourage others. Princess Kelly lives near the West Coast and has been published in hardcover books.
