Georgetown bartender Randy Hooker's carefree lifestyle is turned upside-down when he receives an offer of employment from a man named Goldsmith who works for a clandestine organization known only as the Agency. Though Randy knows nothing of this man or his employers, they know all about him. They have been watching him for some time and claim him to have "special powers" of intuition.
