A city councilwoman, on the take from organized crime hires Joyce and her two gang girlfriends, Dawn, and Gail to intercept a courier from delivering damaging information about the councilwoman's involvement in organized crime. If the envelope is intercepted, it will keep the councilwoman out of prison. What seemed like a simple case of the three gang girls attacking the courier late at night on her way to the delivery sight.
