Pregnant City

Oliver cut out a sterling reputation as a young, talented doctor, specializing in caring for pregnant women. He's hired to run a clinic in a low income city, and quickly sees why he's needed, when so many women here are not only pregnant, but enormously expectant. Oliver balances his growing relationship with the gorgeous, big bellied women in the city with his own investigation into just why this is happening in the first place.
