The design of circuit breaker could be simplified by the use of smart materials. A simpler mechanism requires fewer mechanical parts. Dr. Kesorn Pechrach Weaver is a R&D Director in Ronsek Ltd. She is a specialist in Electro-Mechanical engineering and research scientist. She graduated PhD. from University of Southampton, M. Eng from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and B. Eng from Khon Kaen University. Her expertise includes arc imaging, circuit breakers, smart material piezoelectric, Medical Devices and energy harvesting.
In addition, she is an electrical engineer covering design and site construction supervision in oil refinery plants, substations and industrial estates.
