On the down low is the story of a drug dealer named Rakeem, a brother on the down-low who finds himself a very big Middle Eastern customer, who uses the drugs to fuel large gay orgies. Rakeem finds himself participating in one of these orgies and discovers an aquaintence from work is there also. The aquaintence who is white, is smitten by Rakeem. Rakeem falls in love with Jeremy overnight. Together they start out on a journey of utter debauchery in the underground world gay sex with reckless abandon.
