Angela is left to grapple with the consequences of David leaving her in the middle of nowhere. She is distraught and unable to get back on her feet because she didn't expect this to happen. Then, she finds the only way she could to meet up with David, and both are overcome with affection for each other and realize being separated from each other was doing more harm than good. After Angela convinces him that what happened last time wouldn't happen again, David agrees to let Angela help with taking Alveris down.
They both put their heads together to concoct a solid plan and set things in motion. May and Toby agree to help them too! After Angela reignites an old case to sue David, it's now David's turn to get on Alveris' good side again. Because there's only one way to take him down, and that's from the inside! Will they be successful in their mission to rid David of Ricardo forever, or will Alveris have the last laugh?
