I have a lot of experience in integrating sequential projects phases like localization into an Agile Framework and pioneering Agile adoption at different companies and different contexts. I have a technical background yet my passion lies at the Management side where I am a Management 3.0 passionate. I am a co-founder of a MeetUp group in Munich, Germany called High Performing Teams. Me and my colleagues created this group with the vision of "Define the future of Management and Leadership" .
