Nickolai Petrovic lives the high life as Mayor of his town, he thinks it's all parties and women but when his sister challenges him to change his ways... he makes a Christmas wish to find the perfect woman. Levy Aniston meets Nickolai at a party, but she already knows all about him and his ways. Including what he does, or doesn't do, to fix his town and help his people. Will they be able to see beyond what they know and fall in love during the holiday season?
