At the end of each year, we tend to reflect on our accomplishments and failures, making wishes and resolutions for the year to come. Some of us like to journal the past year or make card spreads to try to plan and predict the upcoming year, while others may be quietly reflecting, thinking back. It can be extremely hard to find the time during the holiday season to sit down and think when everything going on around us seems to have conspired to distract us from. ourselves. I myself find it hard to journal about the aftermath of a year when my family is planning a holiday gathering, friends invite me to a party after party, and my child is writing the never-ending present list for whichever deity is popular these days. I want to be alone with my thoughts, but my mind goes back to the shopping and grocery lists. This algorithm is meant to give you a tool to reflect on the year that is almost over in a creative and relaxing way, without having to write anything down. And, while it is process-oriented, you will have a beautiful picture as a result.
