Navigating the Palio Diet

Whether we like it or not, our society's health is poor and deteriorating. As technology advances, so does convenience, and ordering food is now literally as simple as pressing a button. The days of needing to source your own food, let alone drive to a restaurant for dinner, are long gone.  When compared to the food conveniences and choices available from diners, catering services, fast food, and takeaway, cooking dinner appears to be less and less enticing. According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, diabetes is currently the sixth leading cause of death in the United States.
