About the AuthorDavid's varied career has seen him running coffee bars, KFCs, a chain of pizza stores which he owned and sold, and co-owning an Italian restaurant, before becoming a driving licence testing officer which he did until his retirement.
He has one married son and two grandchildren and lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
