When Cassandra Morton's mother dies, her life is a mess. As the older sister, she needs to sort out her mother's estate (and her secrets) but she can't even sort out her own life. Her ex keeps popping up and making trouble, and her sister parties too hard. Jason Harding works for a small law firm, but they don't appreciate his worth and it feels like a dead end. He's working on Cassie's mothers estate, which is great except for the inescapable feelings they're developing for each other.
