My First House

A memoir of an ordinary mother repairing the house she bought to live in with her children. The pitfalls, and interesting life as we live in an old house. Memoir of buying and repairing my first house. The house was over one hundred years old. It seemed like a good idea to buy it and it was very, very cheap. It turned out to be more like a money pit than a small quaint home for my children and I. The well wasn't large enough to supply the water we needed, when I had a new one drilled, it turned out to smell like rotten eggs!
