This book is about healthy weight regulation. It is not a weight loss manual and does not promote weight loss at any cost. Instead, it helps you understand how losing weight is as much, if not more, of a problem as putting on weight. The real issue is stress and metabolic suppression. It untangles the confusion surrounding weight issues (including difficulty gaining weight). It teaches you how to help your metabolism regulate weight naturally without quitting sugar, going to other food restriction extremes, or exercising excessively. "How many calories you consume matters regarding weight and health issues, but it is metabolism where the real magic happens." CowsEatGrass  What Readers Say: "So informative yet so simple at once." "Wish I had read this book before jumping head first into "pro-metabolic" eating." "Everything I read felt so intuitive, simply put, it all made so much more sense than what "regular" people will say." "Easy to understand and the information has helped me tremendously." "I loved the straightforward writing style." "A very good investment to have in your library.
You won't be disappointed."

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de DanM@CowsEatGrass

Living by the self-penned motto "Let Sugar Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Sugar, " Dan has been passionate about metabolism and the mind-body connection from an early age. His interest in psychology, Eastern philosophy, and nutrition grew as he sought ways to manage depression, anxiety, and various related health issues, particularly digestion problems. Training in various martial arts disciplines since early adulthood, Dan is also a non-practising lawyer with over thirty years of business experience.
After decades of research and self-experimentation, Dan began writing about improving metabolism, focusing on nutrition and psychology to help people and disrupt common-held myths about health and nutrition. Dan's writing highlights how the science of metabolism, understanding what impacts health and improving well-being, requires we consider the importance of personal experience, experimentation, and intuition.
Dan aims to facilitate an understanding of health and well-being through informative, logical, and sometimes humorous writing.
