Love Thy Dog is a dog training book as well as a collection of experiences one man had with his canine companion traveling by car across America in the mid 1990's. The approach is one of conscious observation and a limited amount of commands that a dog must know however, in order to live in a world that consists of many more non dog owners than dog owners.
