A short book to help empower our youth during this digital age from Just Gather, a digital detox nonprofit which inspires mental wellness and positive mindsets through nature, the arts, gratititude and mentorship.  This little book  begins a movement for Gen Z to all become masters of their technology. As they learn to use technology to create and uplift--technology loses its grip on them. This little book inspires each reader to create their own, which is self-care. Sharing a little from our introduction: Many friends checked out on social media losing their connection to themselves.
As babies, some of you were handed screens instead of pacifiers. Then handed smartphones as teens. Now it is time to do better--to take charge. Know you are never alone. Our Just Gather team is here to support you as you figure out bio-ethical solutions in a world seeking morals and common sense. Together, we are Technology Masters. We set time limits for electronics and time priorities for Nature, the arts and self-care.
We can shift the entire globalism control plan into Gen Z Tech Mastery to unite plan using gratitude and creation as vehicles for good.
