Biographie de Garcia Vega

Garcia Vega was forced into bondage in the year 2014 and was held for nearly three years for Cannabis, a substance that has since been legalized in the state he was arrested in. He ate the charge and rode out his stay in General Population, where he met Catfish, the guy who introduced Garcia Vega to the mindset that still rules his higher version to this day. He has since reached the top of this field and started various businesses in seperate arenas to continue to unfold his plan to help the same community who labeled him a criminal and turned him into a scapegoat of society.
