The purpose of this book (based on the works of great philosophers and thinkers) is to help us to identify and develop the state of mind that leeds on the path of lasting happiness and well-being. Happiness is often difficult to acquire; especially when you live in a society where the sluggishness due to socio-economic problems seems to be contagious. "I have decided to be happy because it is good for my health", said Voltaire, the French enlightenment philosopher. If happiness is good for our health why not develop the state of mind that allows us to reach it?
